Thad is a restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement, and investment banking professional with more than 15 years of financial and operational experience. Thad’s professional experience includes private equity performance improvement and post-merger integration work as a management consultant.
Prior to joining M3, Thad was a director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler, where his responsibilities included executing on a broad range of strategic advisory matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for regulated depositories.
Before joining Piper Sandler, he served at Macquarie Capital, where he focused on strategic advisory, capital raising, and structured investing within the financial services sector. While at Macquarie, Thad worked closely with a range of financial institutions, both global and domestic. Earlier in his career, he was at FBR Capital Markets, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory.
Thad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
