Nick Weber is a Director at M3 Partners where he advises on restructurings and performance improvement engagements. Nick focuses on enhancing profitability and liquidity, improving forecasting processes, and developing value-maximizing restructuring strategies. Nick has served as an advisor to companies, creditors, and independent directors in notable restructurings including Sports Authority, Sears, Barneys, Tailored Brands, Neiman Marcus, JC Penney, Guitar Center, Belk, and Paper Source. Nick has also led financial and operational performance initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to M3, Nick worked in BDO’s Business Restructuring Services consulting group. Nick graduated from Franklin & Marshall College.
