Nick Weber advises companies on improving cash flow, strengthening financial forecasting, and enhancing working capital efficiency. He works directly with management teams and finance functions to resolve inefficiencies, sharpen analytical processes, and evaluate capital structure alternatives.
Nick has supported middle-market businesses and Fortune 500 firms across industries including retail, distribution, consumer products, restaurants, and real estate. He also brings experience advising lenders on evaluating borrowers’ business plans, liquidity positions, and balance sheet restructurings.
Nick’s previous engagements include serving as a company advisor to a wholesale hardware distributor, omnichannel apparel retailer, pharmaceutical and medical products distributor, senior living facilities REIT, greeting card and accessories retailer, wholesale food distributor, department store retailer, employee wellness company, printing and corporate services company, insurance agency, full-service restaurant operator, and retail energy supplier. He has also served as an advisor to lenders of a direct-to-consumer apparel retailer, an omnichannel apparel retailer, and a consumer health product manufacturer.
Prior to working at M3, Nick worked in a national accounting firm’s consulting group. Nick graduated from Franklin & Marshall College.
