Jason Miller brings approximately 20 years of financial advisory and financial leadership experience, including roles in turnaround and restructuring, corporate finance, corporate development, and investment banking. At M3 Partners, Jason has served as financial advisor to companies, lenders, and committees across various sectors.
Recent engagements at M3 include advising Zachry Holdings, Inc., a turnkey engineering and construction business, through its chapter 11 restructuring process, and advising the Unsecured Creditors Committee of Hornblower Group, a global experiences and transportation business. Other recent assignments include advisory roles for companies and lenders in the media, telecom, government contracting, and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining M3, Jason served as the head of corporate development at a publicly traded retail and manufacturing business, where he led mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, strategic ventures, capital raising, investor relations, FP&A, operational finance, cash forecasting, and new market development functions, and helped lead the company’s multiyear strategic review and restructuring process.
Earlier in his career, Jason spent more than 13 years as an investment banker, including eight years at Jefferies, where he focused on the media and telecom sectors. He has closed over 60 domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory transactions, restructurings, equity offerings, and debt financings.
Jason earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Legal Studies, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
