Enrique Acevedo has over ten years of investment banking and restructuring experience serving as a financial adviser to companies, boards, creditors, and equity investors across a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, media, retail, food services, and real estate.
While at M3, Enrique has worked on numerous reorganizations, specializing in formulating business plans to improve financial performance, evaluating capital structures, conducting asset sales, analyzing capital allocation decisions, developing turnaround strategies, and preparing forecast models and budgets.
Enrique’s most recent assignments include advising Sears Holdings Corporation, Remington Outdoor Company and Houlihan’s Restaurants Inc. through their chapter 11 restructurings. Other advisory assignments include Relativity Media, Acasta Enterprises, and many other public and private companies.
Prior to joining M3, Enrique was an investment banker in the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Group at J.P. Morgan where he advised companies and financial sponsors through M&A, capital raising, and other corporate finance initiatives. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Enrique advised on more than $3 billion of buy-side and sell-side M&A as well as helped his clients raise over $5 billion of debt and equity capital.
Enrique earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
