Ryan Rowan is a seasoned restructuring, turnaround, and performance improvement professional with over 17 years of experience advising clients through challenging financial situations across a diverse range of industries.
For the past 11 years, Ryan has been leading engagements navigating the complexities of various businesses focusing on evaluating short-and long-term liquidity needs and providing guidance on the development and assessment of business plans and forecasts. Recently, he served as financial advisor to TransformCo (formerly known as Sears) providing operational and financial support to stand-up operations; he also served as financial advisor to Walgreens during the purchase of 2,000 Rite-Aid stores and led the cash flow forecasting team managing short/long-term liquidity for acquired Rite-Aid stores; lastly, Ryan has served as financial advisor to support and advise several company’s through the Chapter 11 process, most notably Shiloh Industries (automobile parts manufacturer), TLC Vision Corporation (leading laser eye surgery provider), and Linens-N-Things (specialty retailer).
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability for identifying opportunities for improvement and guiding companies through complex financial scenarios and has firmly established himself as a trusted advisor within the corporate restructuring landscape.
Ryan’s industry experience includes retail, automotive, financial services, chemical manufacturing, mining, logistics providers, and consumer products.
Ryan earned an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University at Buffalo. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and completed all (3) Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor exams.
