Nick has more than 15 years of experience as an operating executive, strategy consultant, and private equity investor. In his current role as a Director at M3 Partners, he specializes in profitability enhancement, value creation, and strategic transformations.
Previously, Nick was an independent sponsor targeting investments in business services, industrials, manufacturing, and consumer products. He also served as a Principal at NRD Capital, leading investments in multi-unit retailers, and he also led the consumer growth investment team at SK.
Earlier, Nick was a strategy consultant at Strategy& (Booz & Co.) and Deloitte Consulting advising on due diligence, growth strategy, transformations, and M&A. He has served on the boards of Alice + Olivia, Rails, Mackage, Alpha Industries, and Frisch’s Big Boy. Nick holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
