Chief Marketing Officer
Kristin Celauro is M3 Partners’ Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing external positioning for the firm and its team of corporate advisory, restructuring, and turnaround professionals.
Prior to joining M3, Kristin was a Managing Partner at Lambert Blicksilver, specializing in profile-raising for some of the world’s most sophisticated investors and executives, as well as external positioning across situations such as M&A, bankruptcies, litigation support, and executive successions.
At Lambert Blicksilver, Ms. Celauro led strategic positioning and media relations for a global private investment firm with more than $24 billion in assets under management, providing support for the general partner, platform acquisitions, and across portfolio companies in verticals including technology, industrials, and consumer. Notable private equity clients have included Clearlake Capital Group, Colony Capital, TPG, A.E. Industrial Partners, and J.C. Flowers.
For more than 10 years, Ms. Celauro served as an advisor on a global Securities Investor Protection Act liquidation, helping to position and announce major settlements, developing a comprehensive website, and creating multimedia assets.
For more than five years, Ms. Celauro led communications for Miramax, spearheading external positioning as Colony Capital partnered with Qatar Investment Authority to purchase the company from Disney. Under Ms. Celauro’s leadership, Miramax rebuilt its presence in national and trade media and announced milestones including deals with Netflix and Hulu and a groundbreaking securitization.
Ms. Celauro has executed other special projects for Colony Capital and related entities, including announcing the company’s transformative acquisition of Digital Bridge Holdings in 2019 and the formation and development of single family homeowner, Colony American Homes.
Prior to joining Blicksilver, Ms. Celauro was a member of the Special Situations team at Financial Dynamics (now part of FTI Consulting) and, prior to that, she was at Sard Verbinnen.
Ms. Celauro graduated from Smith College with a double major in English Language and Literature and Women’s Studies.
