Zac Barbieri has over 10 years of restructuring, lending and accounting experience, serving as a financial advisor to companies, boards, creditors and equity investors across a range of industries, including business services, real estate, telecommunications, retail and financial services.
While at M3, Zac has worked on numerous engagements, specializing in evaluating capital structures, developing turnaround plans, and preparing forecast models and budgets. Zac’s most recent assignments include advising PWM Property Management and My Alarm Center through their chapter 11 restructurings. Other advisory assignments include Alorica, Fusion Connect, JC Penney, and other public and private companies.
Prior to M3, Zac was a senior lender at Ally Corporate Finance, where he underwrote, syndicated and managed a portfolio of loans to middle market, private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Ally, Zac worked as an accountant for both Jefferies and Mizuho Securities USA.
Zac received a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration, with a minor in Philosophy, from Washington and Lee University and an MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School.
